Swammerdamia pyrella  (Villers, 1789)

Flight period: May and August.

Forewing:  4.5 to 6mm.

Habitat: Hedgerows, woodland gaedens and orchards.

Larvae: The larva feeds from a silk web on the surface of an Apple, Pear or Hawthorn leaf in July or September.
