Argyresthia bonnetella  (Linnaeus, 1758)

Flight period: June to early September.

Forewing:  4 to 5mm.

Habitat: Scrub, downland, hedgerows.

Larvae: After overwintering as a small larva, mines a shoot of Hawthorn in April, pupating in May or June.
