Argyresthia sorbiella  (Treitschke, 1833)

Flight period: June and July.

Forewing:  5 to 6mm.

Habitat: Open woodland.

Larvae: Mines the shoots of Rowan and Whitebeam, feeding during the spring and pupating in June. The lifecycle is incompletely known.
