Argyresthia
goedartella
(Linnaeus, 1758)
T.L. and B.L.
Argyresthia brockeella has a white head and thorax, darker
bars, and the central bars on the forewing connect with the
rear bars. T.R.
There are
gold winged forms of both these species although rare in
A.brockeella. In some of these the bars are still visible
and can be used for ID. The white head of A.brockeella
may also still be present. B.R.
