Argyresthia goedartella  (Linnaeus, 1758) 

Flight period: June until early July.

Forewing:  4.5 to 6mm.

Habitat: Woodland, moorland, parks and mature gardens.

Larvae: November until April, feeding on the shoots and catkins of Birch and Alder.
