Argyresthia cupressella Walsingham,1890

Flight period: June and July.

Forewing:  3.5 to 4mm.

Habitat: Gardens and parks.

Larvae:  From late July inside the leaves and shoots of Juniper and Cypress species, causing the shoots to go brown. It resumes feeding in the spring, pupating in April,  May.
