Mompha propinquella  (Stainton, 1851)

Flight period: Late June until mid-September.

Forewing:  5 to 5.75mm.

Habitat: Wasteground, woods and gardens.

Larvae: Forms large blotch mines in the lower leaves of Great Willowherb and Broad-leaved Willowherb during April and May.
